  Sullivan & Cozart as General Contractor and myself as project manager on the Ford Bronco Plant additions were pleased with the manner and the results of Tim Simpson's work performance on the project.

  In addition to working as liaison for his firm with ours, Tim was responsible for interacting with the Ford Engineering Department and representatives on scheduling and quality assurance / quality control related to his phase of work.

  His representation of Consolidated Painting Co. on the project was professional and in the mutual best interests of our firm in addition to his. This ultimately benefited all concerned and culminated in a profitable project for all.

  We note that Mr. Simpson also sold and performed work for other Prime Contractors while on site which included Midwest Steel on the structural contract and Allied Conveyor Company on the process equipment.

  I would like to recommend Tim Simpson and his firm Genesee Painting Company for the fine work they completed for us at the Saturn Automotive Plant project in Tennessee.

  The work handled by Tim's team included fireproofing, caulking, special coatings, Descoglas Sanitary Wall Finishes and several large architectural finishes packages. I was especially impressed with their quality of workmanship on the Descoglas wall system and vinyl wall coverings installations which were puchlist free and of an unexpected quality in an industrial plant environment.

  Quality control was never an issue and scheduling was handled around our trades stringent time constraints.

  Tim, Debra, and Paul Misener took good care of us and we think they would do the same for you.
