Genesse Painting Company, INC. April 24, 1991 Simpson & Associates P.O. Box 8270 Medford, Or. 97504-0270 To Whom it may concern, Genesee Painting Co. Inc. and we each personally recommend
the qualifications of Tim Simpson to your organization. Our firm is closely controlled and family-owned with
all positions of fiscal and financial responsibility being held
by members of our family, that is, with the exception of Tim Simpson. He has been with us on a contract management basis
since 1988, bringing to our firm a degree of professionalism and
integrity of the highest level. Tim's extensive background as
a tradesman, estimator and project manager has translated into
a very positive bottom line impact for our firm. Tim has the willingness
to roll up his sleeves in any capacity and the ability to do the
job right the first time. His time spent personally cross-training
our key employees in a variety of coatings systems has spawned
a desire to excel among our people from production to management. Tim's skills in communication and contractual document
interpretation, coupled with his ability to maintain our business
confidentiality led us to entrust many of our in-house paralegal
requirements to him. Tim has performed well in this capacity and
his efforts have resulted in substantial reductions to our legal
expenses. As a result of his abilities, we have given Tim the
most difficult of tasks which he has constantly dispatched both
professionally and without delay. Tim is individually and collectively
capable of handling any portion of our business operation and
has been entrusted with most. Tim has estimated, sold and managed multi million
dollar contracts for our firm in full confidence and complete
success. His sales and management of our Saturn Painting Projects
in Spring Hill, Tennessee lasting several years led to the 1990
National Decorating Products Association National Industrial First
Place Award being received by our firm for which we are quite
proud. If we were asked to identify the caliber of Tim Simpson
it would be rare – and professional. He is in the industry
of his choice and loves what he does. While Tim’s work ethic
takes him from us to explore opportunities in the Middle East
and elsewhere, he will be sorely missed. Tim knows he always has
a home here at Genesee Painting Company. We wish him the best
of luck in his endeavors and a bright future. Please feel free to contact us at any time concerning
Tim Simpson. Sincerely,
